  • Recruitment and Management of junior local crew for the commissioning phase in Nigeria.
  • Human Resources Management and industrial relations.
  • Provision of Tax Guidance for both Singapore and Nigeria.
  • Catering Services during commissioning in Singapore.
  • On-the-ground support in Singapore to assist Helix with commissioning.
  • Logistics Management (crew changes, visas, etc.).
  • Training Management, including Gap Analysis and arranging courses/travel.

The Outcome: Ongoing Support for Deepwater Operations

Atlas NextWave was uniquely placed to support this project due to our Aberdeen office’s expertise in providing both Drilling and Marine personnel to deepwater units like the Q7000.
