As Vestas scaled up construction across offshore sites in Taiwan and Japan, as well as numerous onshore projects in Vietnam, they required a staffing partner capable of sourcing qualified talent, managing international mobilisation, and maintaining strict compliance with safety and technical standards.

These roles spanned from site-based technicians to senior project leaders, all while requiring smooth resource movement across markets, workforce retention, and local-to-expat ratio management, particularly on projects like Changfang Xidao 2 and Zhong Neng in Taiwan.
