    Atlas NextWave are working with a leading global offshore services organisation seeking a Personnel Logistics Coordinator to join their established team in Aberdeen.

    Job description

    This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting global offshore operations, ensuring the efficient mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel across multiple international projects and vessel operations.

    The Role

    As a Personnel Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of personnel logistics for designated offshore assets and projects. You'll work closely with HR, Training, Operations, and offshore personnel to ensure seamless crew changes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and client requirements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating worldwide mobilisation and demobilisation activities for offshore personnel
    • Arranging international travel, accommodation, transport, and visa requirements
    • Monitoring and verifying offshore certification, medicals, and training requirements prior to mobilisation
    • Providing mobilisation updates and support to operational teams and offshore personnel
    • Maintaining accurate personnel records, rotation schedules, and headcount reporting
    • Liaising with training providers to coordinate mandatory and client-specific training requirements
    • Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and statutory regulations
    • Participating in an on-call rota to support operational requirements outside standard business hours

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have:

    • Previous experience within a Personnel Logistics, Crew Logistics, Personnel Coordination, or Mobilisation role
    • Experience coordinating international travel and visa arrangements in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong understanding of offshore certification, training, and compliance requirements
    • Knowledge of global travel regulations and visa processes
    • Excellent organisational and communication skills
    • A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills

    Desirable Experience

    • Experience within the Offshore Energy, Oil & Gas, Marine, ROV, Renewables, Shipping, or Aviation sectors
    • Knowledge of offshore training certifications such as BOSIET, FOET, STCW, OGUK, and related industry requirements
    • Previous experience supporting vessel operations or offshore workforce mobilisation
