Job description

Are you an experienced **Marine & Structure SME** with a strong background in offshore marine systems, structural engineering, and asset integrity? We're looking for a highly skilled professional to support the inspection, maintenance, modification, and commissioning of critical offshore assets.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Oversee the inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of marine systems, including mooring, anchoring, towing equipment, and tank systems.
* Coordinate structural modification projects and manage subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient execution.
* Support class surveys, flag state inspections, and third-party audits.
* Prepare scopes of work (SOW), technical specifications, engineering queries, and material requisitions.
* Ensure compliance with IMO conventions, SOLAS, MARPOL, MODU Code, ISM/ISPS Codes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, asset records, and CMMS updates.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
* Provide technical leadership during commissioning activities and support punch list resolution.

### **Requirements**

✔ Proven offshore experience in marine engineering, structural engineering, or marine asset integrity.
✔ Strong knowledge of marine systems, structural maintenance, inspections, and commissioning.
✔ Experience coordinating class surveys, flag state inspections, and regulatory compliance.
✔ Familiarity with CMMS, project planning, and technical documentation.
✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.
