We are seeking experienced Client Representatives to support offshore cable installation activities in Poland from December 2026 to July 2027.

Job description

The Client Representative will maintain accurate records of installation activities, prepare and issue Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), review RAMS and QHSE documentation, attend daily meetings and toolbox talks, participate in safety walks, and witness key installation activities during execution.

The role includes monitoring offshore works to ensure they are conducted in accordance with approved procedures and has authority to intervene or stop operations in cases of safety, quality, or procedural non-compliance.

Minimum 2 years' experience within offshore cable installation or a similar package area
GWO: Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling
HUET, STCW 2010, OPITO or BOSIET, and EBS
Polish Medical Certificate including Chester Step
IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)
Polish Occupational Health Certificate
BHP Certification
EU national or legal right to work in Poland

Preferred

Marine awareness qualifications
Experience with DPR and incident reporting systems
Knowledge of Synergi reporting tools
IT proficiency (Word, Excel, Internet)
