    Ensure compliance and promote safe practices on site

    As Project HSE Advisor, you will support the implementation of the company’s HSE Management System and ensure compliance with external requirements across project sites. You will collaborate closely with site teams to identify hazards, reduce risks and maintain high standards in health, safety, environment and quality. The role also involves promoting HSE initiatives and ensuring compliance with legislation and contractual obligations.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Producing regional HSE statistics, identifying trends and proposing improvement initiatives
    • Ensuring legal compliance of site activities and related documentation
    • Maintaining and updating key HSE documentation
    • Preparing and delivering site inductions while maintaining accurate records
    • Communicating safety alerts and lessons learned to prevent recurrence

    You will report to the Project HSE Manager and work closely with project teams across multiple locations. The position is based in Rotterdam and includes regular travel to installation sites.

You communicate effectively, build positive working relationships and actively contribute to a strong safety culture.

    You also bring:

    • A higher vocational or university degree in Engineering, Business or Health & Safety
    • Experience as an HSE Advisor within an international project environment
    • Knowledge of legal and contractual HSE requirements
    • Fluency in both English and Dutch, written and spoken
