Atlas Services Group Energy Limited acquired a minority stake of 25% in Subserv Pro Ltd. as per September 3rd. Subserv Pro Ltd is based in Banbury (UK) and sources qualified personnel on a worldwide basis with a particular specialism in ROV personnel (remotely operated vehicles).
