The Challenge: Coordinating Diverse Personnel Across a Ground-Breaking Project

Delivering America’s first commercial-scale offshore wind farm required a complex and multi-phased workforce solution. With multiple clients involved, including Ørsted, Boskalis, BGB Renewables, and Van Oord, the project demanded flexible yet reliable staffing support across consenting, permitting, construction, and offshore installation. In addition, union labour compliance and coordination were essential due to the U.S. regulatory landscape and project-specific requirements.
