The Challenge: End-to-End Support Across Complex Offshore Scopes

Revolution Wind is one of the largest offshore wind projects in the United States to date, requiring multi-disciplinary support over an extended development period. With multiple clients and contractors involved, including Ørsted, Boskalis, BGB Renewables, Seaway 7, and ASP Rope Access, there was a critical need for a staffing partner with deep sector knowledge, logistical agility, and access to specialised personnel for both survey and construction phases.

Atlas NextWave delivered comprehensive support by supplying highly skilled professionals across hydrographic survey, project management, quality control, and offshore construction operations. Personnel provided included:

  • Hydrographic Survey Specialists, including:
    Party Chiefs, Project Surveyors, Senior Surveyors, Data Processors, Geophysicists, Cartographers, Survey Engineers, Reports Coordinators, Geotechnical Engineers, and GIS Specialists.
  • Management & Quality Control Personnel, such as:
    Survey Client Representatives, Installation Client Representatives, Heavy Lift Client Representatives, and Geoscience Construction Managers.
  • Offshore Project Staff, including:
    Riggers, Shift Supervisors, Site Managers, Offshore Installation Managers (OIMs), Project Engineers, and Stewards.

Our coordinated approach ensured seamless integration across different scopes, while maintaining full compliance with U.S. offshore labour regulations, safety procedures, and project-specific standards.
