    Job description

    • Act as the Single Point of Contact for Constuction project regarding coordination and preparation of our client's 1st and 2nd line Defence & Security services.
    • Ensure all Defence & Security operational services are established and ready prior to O&M takeover and Commercial Operation Date (COD).
    • Coordinate readiness activities across O&M, project teams, and other stakeholders and service providers.
    • Ensure operational requirements are embedded throughout project delivery and transfer into operations.
    • Lead and coordinate Defence & Security operational readiness activities supporting the Construction-to-Generation transfer process.
    • Analyze, interpret and manage cyber requirements
    • Ensure Defence & Security solutions are implemented in accordance with internal and external standards
    • Obtain sign-off from relevant line organizations, managers and suppliers to ensure operational acceptance and compliance.
    • Facilitate coordination, alignment and communication between multiple stakeholders
    • Participate in governance forums and represent Offshore 2nd Line O&M within Defence & Security discussions, including ISMS forums.
    • Manage interfaces between Defence & Security workstreams and operational teams to secure seamless service delivery
    • Develop and maintain Defence & Security transfer and handover
    • Ensure all Defence, Security and Owner-related systems are prepared for transfer to operations.
    • Coordinate operational acceptance activities, inspections, documentation reviews and readiness assessments.
    • Support O&M takeover activities and ensure all transfer requirements are completed before Commercial Operations Date COD.
    • Identify, assess and manage operational readiness risks.
    • Provide management reporting on readiness status, compliance risks and delivery risks.
    • Support change management activities to prevent uncontrolled changes

    • Proven experience within operational readiness, security operations, OT/IT security, critical infrastructure, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
    • Proven experience managing transition activities from project execution into live operations.
    • Experience working within offshore wind, energy, utilities, critical infrastructure, industrial environments, or similar regulated industries.
    • Demonstrated capability managing complex stakeholder environments involving operators, contractors, joint ventures, and service providers.
    • Experience establishing operational organisations, governance models, service agreements, and service delivery processes.
    • Strong understanding of physical security, information security and cybersecurity governance.
    • Experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
    • Knowledge of operational technology (OT) and industrial cybersecurity principles.
    • Familiarity with critical infrastructure protection requirements and national security regulations.
    • Understanding of security operations, service management and operational support models.
    • Strong operational readiness and mobilisation experience.
    • Experience developing transfer plans, handover plans and operational acceptance frameworks.
    • Demonstrated capability managing requirements, interfaces, risks and dependencies.
    • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams across business, operational and project organisations.
    • Strong understanding of governance, readiness reviews and stage-gate processes.
    • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
    • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
    • Experience working in joint venture environments and cross-organisational governance structures.
    • Ability to engage effectively with executives, operational personnel, regulators, project teams and external suppliers.
    • Highly structured and delivery-focused.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Able to work independently and drive progress in complex environments.
    • Excellent planning and coordination skills.
    • Risk-aware with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
    • Comfortable operating in multicultural and international environments.
    • Knowledge of Polish regulatory requirements and national critical infrastructure obligations.
