Contract: 12 Months
Hours: 37 per week

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Storesperson to join the Materials & Logistics team. This is a hands-on role supporting the efficient receipt, storage, control and issue of materials, ensuring production and customer delivery requirements are met.

Working closely with a range of internal teams, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, support stock management activities and contribute to the smooth flow of materials throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect and book in incoming materials and goods.
Accurately pick, pack and issue materials to support production requirements.
Maintain stock accuracy through regular stock checks and inventory control activities.
Ensure materials are stored safely and in designated locations.
Support inventory investigations and help resolve stock discrepancies.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance stores performance and efficiency.
Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety and compliance at all times.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced operational environment.
Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products, processes and systems.
Ability to work independently once trained and manage workload effectively.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with inventory management, ERP or warehouse management systems would be beneficial.
Forklift truck licence advantageous but not essential.
