We are seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to support cross-site offshore engineering and execution activities across the UK. The role will provide QHSE support for Heavy Lift, Major Component Exchanges, Special Tasks and Technical Project Management.

Job description

The Senior HSE Advisor will support the safe planning, mobilisation and execution of projects, including reviewing risk assessments and method statements, conducting offshore inspections, supporting emergency drills, investigating incidents and facilitating HAZID sessions.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week from either Grimsby or Barrow-in-Furness, with offshore travel expected.

Offshore HSE experience within Oil & Gas and Wind
Full GWO, including Enhanced First Aid
OGUK Medical including Chester Step
Technical background
NEBOSH General Certificate preferred
Strong HSE risk management experience, including Bowties, Barrier Management and Performance Standards
Experience facilitating HAZIDs

Assignment Details

Duration: November 2026 - December 2027
Location: Grimsby or Barrow-in-Furness
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday
Offshore Travel: Required
