Coordinate the integrated logistics planning of offshore and onshore projects, including FPSO support, marine and aviation transportation, customs management, infrastructure readiness, materials flow, and operational mobilisation.

Job description

Ensure that all logistics operations are carried out safely and in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Define and implement the strategy for the selection and management of operational bases, ensuring they have the necessary infrastructure and capacity.

Oversee the performance of logistics service providers, including marine and air transportation, customs brokers, trucking companies, and port operators.

Coordinate port operations and vessel services, including berthing, bunkering, freshwater supply, provisions, and vessel manoeuvring activities.

Support commercial negotiations, tendering processes, and cost-optimization initiatives with suppliers.

Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials, equipment, and consumables intended for offshore operations.

Lead technical assessments, selection, and functional design of logistics bases, warehouses, quaysides, and associated infrastructure.

Define vessel requirements and selection criteria for drilling, project, and production operations, including inspections and performance evaluations.

Ensure comprehensive logistics support for FPSO operations, coordinating vessels, personnel, materials, critical spare parts, maintenance activities, emergency response, and operational continuity.
