    Job description

HR Manager, Miami (Solar + Energy Storage) - Global Renewable Energy IPP

I'm partnering with a high-growth global renewable energy platform backed by a leading global private equity firm with over $100 billion in assets under management, to appoint an HR Manager to support its growing U.S. operations.

The business has an established international presence and a growing portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy and energy storage projects across North America, Europe and Latin America.

This is a standalone, hands-on HR role within a lean U.S. organization of approximately 35-40 employees. Reporting into the international HR team in Europe, you will be the sole HR professional in the U.S., taking ownership of the full HR remit while working closely with business leadership and employees.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, proactive HR professional who enjoys operating autonomously, building relationships and helping scale a growing business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate and technical functions, partnering with hiring managers on talent needs, sourcing strategies and candidate selection.
    • Act as the primary HR point of contact for U.S. employees and management, providing guidance on employee relations, workplace matters and HR best practices.
    • Oversee U.S. HR compliance and operations, ensuring adherence to federal, state and local employment laws and company policies.
    • Manage onboarding, performance management, HR policies, employee documentation and other core HR processes.
    • Drive continuous improvement of HR practices and processes, supporting the business as it grows while fostering a positive and high-performance working environment.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally covering talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations within the U.S.
    • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across both corporate and technical positions.
    • Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal, state and local employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
    • Previous experience operating independently or within a lean HR environment, with the ability to take ownership of a broad HR remit.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Highly organized, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growing business.
    • Native-level English required; Spanish language skills would be an advantage.

    Location & Compensation

    • Location: Miami, FL
    • Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2-3 days in the office per week
    • Compensation: Competitive base salary + annual bonus + equity participation

If you are an experienced HR professional looking for a broad, autonomous role where you can make a meaningful impact within a growing international renewable energy business, I would be keen to hear from you.
