- Adopt and to demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct"
policy and HSSE rules and regulations.
- Ensure promotion and implementation by the Construction team of the Company Ethics and "Code of
Conduct" policy.
- Keep informed of Company Referential (CR, GS, and GM), international standards related to his area of
responsibility, taking knowledge from them for application to the Project.
- Liaise actively with Operation Safety Leader in order to be kept informed of changes related to HSSE
matters impacting his area of responsibility.
- Develop, as required, HSSE specific instructions.
- Participate to the review of Contractor and Subcontractor(s) Project Site HSSE documentation applicable in
the perimeter of the offshore campaign (Project Site HSSE plan, HIRA...) and verify their implementation by
Contractor and Subcontractor(s).
- Ensure promotion and implementation by Construction/installation team of the Project HSSE plan and
procedures.
- Verify that the Contractor and Subcontractor(s) enforce their contractual commitments, implement properly
their HSSE plans, perform safely their activities as per Company specifications, design and codes.
- Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractors,
- Perform routine and random HSSE inspections on a daily basis to monitor Contractor/Subcontractors
HSSE performance ensure the follow up of corrective actions,
- Report immediately to Company Offshore Representative any anomaly, violation & unsafe practice,
- Interface with relevant Installation team and Contractor's HSSE site authority on HSSE issues,
- Attend and participate in daily meetings and Tool Box Talks,
- Participate in the regular HSSE Committee meetings & Safety Tours, HSSE specific audits and visits
- Provide regular HSSE inspection & activity reports,
- Implement in close liaison with the Operation Safety Leader appropriate corrective actions,
- Participate in the implementation of Safety Campaigns and Safety Initiatives (golden rules roll-out, Life
Saving Checks),
- Coordinate as much as necessary with the Operation Safety Leader so that at any moment the whole
Company HSSE supervision is consistent.
- Ensure the follow-up of tracking of anomalies, incidents, accidents performed by the
Contractor/Subcontractors and maintain required HSSE indicators (KPI's) for the project activities,
- Provide HSSE advises to the installation team,
- Participate to the analysis / solving of HSSE issues and problems encountered by Construction/installation
team,
- Implement HSSE methods for the supervision of the day-to-day activities,
- Enforce decisions/directions taken at Management level, as directed by Operation Safety Leader
- Verify that proper accident and incident investigations are carried out (with root cause analysis when
required) and recommendations are duly implemented,
- Promote onboard the vessel Company' HSE culture and policies and follow up implementation of the
relevant (Company, local and other) HSE rules and regulations,
- Record Synergi cases and follow up implementation of actions with Project HSE lead
- Prepare weekly report and consolidate monthly statistics, to be validated by Project HSE lead
- Propose and promote any HSE improvement in collaboration with Project HSE lead, Contractor' HSE
supervisor, Company Man RSES-D and Contractor' Offshore Manager
- Validate HSE initiatives, programs and slides with the Company Offshore Representative
- Work in collaboration with HSE supervisor onboard
- Participate to the daily Meeting
- Participate to work related meetings like: HIRA, KOM, pre-job meetings, shift meetings, PTW meeting, etc.
- Follow up implementation of the CPY HSE related campaigns/programs on board the vessel. Implement
the Golden Rules, Life Saving checks program
- Participate to the Weekly Safety Meeting and present relevant slides for Company
- Perform regular audits of HSE related documentation onboard the vessel like PTW and other
- Witness working operations, perform regular HSE inspections of the various area's onboard vessel,
participate in the hygiene and OMT inspections
Start of the Services (estimated): Dec 2026
Contract duration: 2 months with potential extension on weekly basis
Offshore: offshore rotations 2x2 are expected during the performance of the services
Location: based onboard Contractor's vessel.
