Atlas Professionals Secures Ørsted Contracts for Wind Turbine Generator Support Services
Atlas Professionals has renewed its contract with Ørsted, the global offshore wind energy leader, to provide skilled personnel for Technical, Specialised, and Uptower Repair WTG Support services across the UK, Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands.
With a proven track record in offshore wind operations, Atlas continues as a trusted partner to Ørsted, offering expertise in WTG maintenance, inspection, and repair. This multi-year renewal reinforces Atlas’s role in supporting the renewable energy sector with sustainable, innovative workforce solutions and underscores the enduring partnership between both organizations.
Key Areas of Service:
- Technical WTG Support (Lot 1):
Atlas will provide Ørsted with fully Authorised Technicians, Service Technicians and Heavy Lift specialists for major component exchanges, retrofit operations, annual service and technical inspections, Covering the UK and European locations - Specialized WTG Support (Lot 2):
Carried out in conjunction with its valued specialist partner, Atlas will perform precise endoscopic inspections on turbine components, ensuring the early detection of potential issues and maintaining the optimal performance of Ørsted’s assets. Covering the European locations - Uptower Repair WTG Support (Lot 3):
Atlas will now also provide specialised teams for up tower component exchanges, focusing on critical systems like High speed bearings on gearbox and generators. Covering the UK and European locations
