Atlas NextWave is pleased to announce that we have joined the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. By becoming a participant, we affirm our commitment to responsible business practices in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The United Nations Global Compact provides a globally recognised framework for organisations to operate with transparency, accountability and integrity. Its Ten Principles act as a foundation for building systems and behaviours that promote long-term positive impact for people, communities and the environment.
Our participation strengthens our ongoing work to integrate sustainability into every part of our business. It directly supports our vision to help shape the sustainable future of the clean-tech, energy, infrastructure and marine markets by delivering creative people solutions and supporting our customer, colleague and candidate community, to make a meaningful impact on our planet’s journey to net zero by 2050.
Through the United Nations Global Compact, we gain access to resources, learning platforms and international collaboration networks that support continuous improvement across global and emerging markets. It also reinforces our commitment to acting as a trusted and responsible partner to our stakeholders worldwide.
Joining the United Nations Global Compact is a natural next step in our ESG journey and reflects the values that guide Atlas NextWave. We will report annually on our progress and remain committed to contributing to a fair, resilient and sustainable energy workforce now and for the future.
