Atlas NextWave and Noble Launch Suriname Goes Offshore to Develop the Next Generation of Offshore Talent
As Suriname's offshore energy industry continues to accelerate, Atlas NextWave and Noble Corporation have joined forces to launch Suriname Goes Offshore, a long-term initiative designed to connect local talent with career opportunities in the offshore drilling industry. The campaign officially launched in Paramaribo on 6 June 2026, followed by two dedicated Greenhand recruitment and awareness events on 13 and 14 June. Together, these events introduced hundreds of Surinamese professionals and students to the opportunities emerging within one of the country's fastest-growing industries. Suriname Goes Offshore forms part of the broader Suriname Drill Crew Development Program, a structured initiative focused on developing local offshore talent and creating sustainable career pathways for future generations.
