Atlas NextWave mobilised a highly skilled and flexible workforce to support Ørsted across Europe, delivering a wide range of technical and specialist services to maintain offshore wind assets efficiently and safely. Working across Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK, we provided:
- Authorised Technicians (ATs) for End-of-Warranty (EoW) campaigns, conducting walkdowns and technical inspections on turbines and during jack-up operations.
- Heavy Lift Technicians and Lifting Supervisors for full-scope Major Component Exchange (MCE) campaigns and ad hoc operations, including gearbox and generator exchanges.
- Client Representatives for SWA jack-up operations, blade repairs, and retrofit campaigns.
- Site Service Support, including retrofits, scheduled servicing, hydraulic component exchanges, bolt tensioning, and turbine component repairs.
- Endoscopic Inspections of critical nacelle components such as planetary gears, HSS bearings, and roller systems.
- Main Bearing Inspections, specifically for SGRE DD6.0 turbines, identifying abnormalities and leakages.
- Generator Inspections on Siemens and Vestas turbines to detect stator/rotor issues and ensure optimal performance.
Our end-to-end service also included logistics coordination, compliance management, and training aligned with local safety standards. This ensured seamless execution of all activities and a strong track record of performance and reliability in supporting Ørsted’s O&M operations.
