Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a trained Inventory & Distribution Specialist to operate within the Burbo Area Warehouse. The role will focus on the accuracy of inventory and order fulfilment, overseeing stock levels, and maintaining records.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
• Oversee order fulfilment activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records.
• Monitor and manage stock levels within the warehouse.

Essential Requirements

• Clean driving licence.
• Qualified Fork Lift Truck (FLT) driver.
• Technologically proficient.
• IT literate, including experience using SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office packages.
• GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software tools.
• Passion for sustainability and green energy.

Desirable Requirements

• SAP experience.
• HSE experience.
• General good IT skills.
• Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain.
