Job description

As the Bids & Contracts Coordinator you will take ownership of contract reviews, bid support, and client onboarding in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Key responsibilities in the role will be:

  • Coordinate end-to-end contract reviews (MSAs, frameworks, amendments)
  • Identify risks and align positions with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Commercial)
  • Manage multiple deadlines and workstreams, ensuring timely delivery
  • Oversee client onboarding, questionnaires, and compliance documentation
  • Support tenders and bids, ensuring alignment between commitments and contracts
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and auditable documentation

Job requirements

 

  • Experience in bids, contracts, tenders, or coordination roles
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
