Help turn technical expertise into winning solutions for the energy transition.
Location: Amersfoort, with a planned move to Houten within two years
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week
Hybrid working: One day from home per week, with the opportunity to increase to two days after six months
Your next step into technical sales
Do you enjoy understanding how technology works and explaining why it is the right solution for a customer? This is an opportunity to combine your engineering knowledge with commercial thinking, contributing to projects that strengthen and modernize the electricity grid.
Joining an international grid technology team, you will develop technical and commercial proposals for high-voltage products and services. You will work closely with sales colleagues, project managers and factories to turn customer requirements into clear, competitive offers.
Your technical foundation matters more than previous sales experience. If you are an engineer or electrical/mechanical professional, ready to move into a more customer focused, commercial role, this could be your next step.
What you will do
What you bring
Candidates with substantial hands-on technical experience and strong communication skills may also be considered without the preferred degree.
Why join?
Work on technology the energy transition depends on. You will join a business focused on reliable, sustainable and digital electricity grids, with a wider portfolio spanning high-voltage equipment, transformers, grid connections, stabilization, storage and digital technologies.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the world, learn from experienced specialists and gain exposure to projects serving utilities, industry and the growing demand for electricity infrastructure.
With structured learning and room to take on greater responsibility, this role offers a clear opportunity to grow from technical expertise into commercial impact.
