    Job description

    We are seeking a highly organised ROV Crewing Assistant to support the coordination and mobilisation of offshore personnel across a busy international operation. Working within an experienced Crewing team, you will play a key role in ensuring personnel are mobilised efficiently, certification records remain compliant, and offshore projects are fully resourced.

    This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in personnel logistics, offshore mobilisation, crewing, recruitment coordination or workforce planning who are looking to further develop their career within the offshore energy sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate offshore personnel mobilisation and crew changes.
    • Arrange travel, accommodation and visa requirements where required.
    • Maintain personnel records, certification and competency documentation.
    • Ensure offshore workers meet training and compliance requirements.
    • Issue joining instructions and mobilisation packs.
    • Liaise with offshore personnel, project teams and external suppliers.
    • Update crewing databases and workforce planning systems.
    • Support the wider Crewing team with day-to-day administrative activities.
    • Assist with rota planning and personnel availability tracking.
    • Previous experience in crewing, mobilisation, personnel logistics, recruitment coordination or workforce administration.
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
    • Experience coordinating travel and personnel movements.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
    • Offshore energy, marine, shipping or subsea industry experience would be advantageous.
