Management Associate

The Management Associate Programme is a structured two-year accelerated leadership journey designed to identify and develop the next generation of leaders. The programme offers broad business exposure, hands-on learning, and opportunities to fast-track your career growth within the organization.
As part of the journey, participants will undergo a 2-year Leaders Training Programme designed to equip future leaders with essential skills to lead teams, navigate complexity, and thrive in a dynamic and progressive environment.

Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the programme, Management Associates can expect to progress into Assistant Manager or equivalent positions, taking on larger responsibilities and leadership opportunities.
