The IS Service Delivery Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the delivery of IS services.
The role provides support to the Senior IS Manager in the preparation, monitoring, and control of the local IS budget. It also develops regular service performance reports, identifying risks and issues, while coordinating improvement initiatives with local and corporate IS teams.
ITIL certification or equivalent practical experience, with a solid understanding of IT operations, cross-functional IT environments, and preferably previous hands-on experience in IT support or operational roles.
Ability to communicate changes clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment and understanding across impacted teams.
Demonstrated experience in vendor and third-party service management, including performance monitoring and relationship management.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, risks, and operational requirements.
Proven ability to deliver stable, reliable, and business-focused IS services and support, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with IT service management and reporting tools, particularly ServiceNow and Power BI.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical, achievable, and value-driven IT solutions.
Experience in overseeing service delivery and coordinating teams across multiple vendors, locations, or service providers.
Proven ability to prioritize activities, manage competing demands, allocate resources, and deliver according to agreed plans and deadlines.
Good commercial and financial awareness, including experience with budget monitoring, cost management, and expenditure control.
Fluent English.
