    • Ensure that IS platforms and security environments remain secure, compliant, resilient, and aligned with global IS/OT standards.
    • Oversee the IS platform infrastructure, operational security, Operational Technology (OT).
    • Serve as the key coordination point between the BU's IS/OT platforms and security functions
    • Promote continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and high service availability across IT/OT platforms

    Job description

    * Networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN, WAN/LAN/WLAN, network segmentation etc.)
    * IS Security (security operations, security architecture, asset security, communications and network security monitoring.)
    * Private and Public Cloud management, security, and monitoring (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform etc.)
    * Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA)
    * Threat & vulnerability management (risk assessment, penetration testing, malware analysis etc.)
    * Security standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, SOC 2
    * Knowledge of OT Environments/Real-time data sources/drilling and rig operations
    * Fluent English

    Supervise and coordinate local infrastructure and cloud services, ensuring alignment with global IS governance, cybersecurity requirements, and security standards.

    Coordinate local cybersecurity activities in close cooperation with Global IS Security teams, providing hands-on assistance and maintaining visibility throughout cybersecurity incidents.

    Oversee OT systems supporting drilling, offshore, and real-time operations, ensuring secure IT/OT integration and compliance with Global OT cybersecurity requirements and standards.

    Manage local IT and telecommunications infrastructure, including networks supporting offshore operations.

    Coordinate and manage local vendors and service providers to ensure reliable, high-quality, and compliant service delivery.

    Oversee local telecommunications services, including internet connectivity, mobile services, contracts, and related requirements.

    Implement and maintain local backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies and procedures.

    Provide technical direction and oversight to ensure that solutions, systems, and procedures remain appropriate, secure, current, and aligned with business requirements.

    Support and participate in audits, assessments, and compliance verifications involving partners, contractors, and service providers.

    Provide technical input and support for tenders, bids, and contractual requirements as needed.

    Contribute to IT/OT infrastructure and application projects, ensuring technical and security requirements are properly addressed.

    Lead smaller-scale projects, technical initiatives, and improvement activities from planning through implementation.

    Ensure IS infrastructure and security services remain reliable, resilient, secure, and consistently achieve or exceed established service levels.

    Maintain effective coordination between vendors, partners, and internal teams, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and issues are addressed proactively.
