    As an HSE Systems & Capability Specialist, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining HSE governance, systems, and tools across Tenders & Projects. You play a key role in developing digital HSE structures, IMS documentation, reporting solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    You combine HSE expertise with a project-driven mindset, ensuring that systems, templates, and processes are practical, consistent, and effectively used by project and tender teams.

    Key responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver internal HSE improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, milestones, reporting, and close-out
    • Develop and improve HSE systems, dashboards, IMS documentation, and reporting tools
    • Create and maintain HSE templates, toolkits, procedures, and guidance for tenders and projects
    • Translate lessons learned, audits, and project feedback into practical improvements
    • Support KPI reporting, action tracking, and HSE training/onboarding materials
    • Collaborate with HSE, project teams, and support functions such as IT, HR, and Quality

    Your profile

    • Background in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, MVK or equivalent preferred)
    • Experience with HSE systems, IMS, reporting, or project-based environments (e.g. offshore, energy, construction, infrastructure)
    • Experience in process improvement or project coordination/management
    • Strong IT skills (MS Office; Power BI or HSE digital tools is a plus)
    • Structured, analytical, and strong communicator
    • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
