HDD Supervisor - Offshore Project | Netherlands

We are currently seeking an experienced HDD Supervisor to join a major offshore project based at Maasvlakte, near Rotterdam, Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) professional to take on a key supervisory role within a high-profile marine project.

The Role

As HDD Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing HDD operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. You will work closely with the site and offshore teams to coordinate daily activities and maintain the highest levels of operational performance.

Location

• Maasvlakte, near Rotterdam, Netherlands
• Onboard vessel

• Proven experience as an HDD Supervisor on offshore or major infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of HDD operations, safety procedures, and project coordination
• Ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day site activities
• European passport or valid right to work in Europe is highly desirable
• LTD company contractors may be considered, subject to project requirements

• Ongoing contract
• Estimated start date: 9 August 2026
• 12-hour night shifts
