About the opportunity
At Atlas NextWave, we’re looking for a Workday Financial Management Support Specialist to join our team in Ukraine.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in finance systems, ERP support or Workday who enjoys problem-solving, working with people and improving the way systems and processes operate.
You’ll play an important role in supporting our Workday Financial Management platform, helping colleagues across the business with day-to-day system queries, maintaining accurate financial data and contributing to ongoing improvements.
Working within an international business, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical expertise while gaining exposure to a broad range of finance processes and stakeholders.
Job description
What you’ll be doing
- Provide first- and second-line support to colleagues using Workday Financial Management.
- Investigate and resolve system issues, escalating more complex queries where necessary.
- Maintain financial master data, including cost centres, suppliers, worktags and ledger accounts.
- Support finance workflows, business processes and approval structures.
- Create and maintain reports, supporting data accuracy and quality checks.
- Assist with Workday system updates, testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support data uploads, EIB activities and general system administration.
- Document processes and develop helpful guidance for users.
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, processes and user experience.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for
- Around 2–3 years’ experience supporting ERP platforms, finance systems or Workday environments.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
- Understanding of core financial processes, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident Excel skills and experience working with reporting tools.
- Good communication skills and a helpful, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across different teams.
It would be great if you also have
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financial Management.
- Knowledge of Workday reporting, business processes, security or EIB.
- Experience working in an international business or shared services environment.
