Offshore Decommissioning Engineer (Field Engineer) to join a clients Jack-up, offshore Norwich.

Start date is TBC.

Job description

The Offshore Decommissioning Engineer (ODE) is part of the unit's Project and Deck crew and is responsible for supervision of all activities on the adjascent platform when operated by the client. The ODE liaise with the Barge Engineer for the activities interacting with the jack-up (Lifting, deck crew labour, etc). The ODE will ensure that all deck-crew, subcontractors, third party and project crew will work safely and according the client procedures and project specific procedures.

MUST hold the followingcertificates:

* BOSIET, CA-EBS, MIST,Offshore UK medical
* Certificate Management of Major Emergencies
* Offshore UK regulations training
* LOLER responsible person

Global experience in the oil and gas industry with:

* Helding supervisor position for 5 years

* Managing 3rd party contractors, equipment and construction or decommissioning projects

* Experience in offshore process stream and well operations
