Job description

Supervise daily deck operations and deck crew activities.
Coordinate lifting, rigging, cargo handling, loading and back-loading operations.
Work closely with Crane Operators during material and equipment movements.
Conduct toolbox talks, JSAs and ensure compliance with PTW and HSE procedures.
Ensure lifting gear, rigging equipment and deck areas are safe and properly maintained.
Supervise housekeeping, painting, corrosion control and routine deck maintenance.
Assist with marine operations, rig moves and emergency response activities as required.
Provide guidance and on-the-job training to Roustabouts and other deck personnel.
