    Data Center Compliance Governance Audit Manager

    Our client is a leading global digital infrastructure company that develops and operates mission-critical data centers for enterprise, cloud, and hyperscale customers. As their footprint continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Compliance & Audit professional to help strengthen operational governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness across their data center portfolio.


    The Opportunity

    The Lead / Senior Lead, Compliance & Audit will be responsible for driving operational compliance and governance across the data center environment. This position partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Security, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with internal standards, support audit programs, monitor operational performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining audit readiness, improving operational processes, and ensuring consistent compliance across business operations.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead operational compliance and audit activities across multiple data center operations.
    • Coordinate internal compliance reviews and support external audit programs to ensure ongoing audit readiness.
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks, operational policies, and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor compliance with internal policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance by reviewing operational changes, assessing risk, and ensuring appropriate approval processes are followed.
    • Support Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request governance to promote operational excellence and service quality.
    • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, compliance metrics, and management reporting, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Identify operational risks, non-conformances, and improvement opportunities while coordinating corrective actions through to completion.
    • Support and maintain compliance programs including:
      • ISO/IEC 27001
      • ISO 22301
      • ISO 9001
    • Coordinate customer operational readiness and onboarding activities to ensure compliance with established operational standards.
    • Manage operational documentation, governance records, and audit evidence.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain consistent compliance and operational performance across the business.

    Qualifications

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

    Experience

    • Several years of experience in Compliance, Audit, Operational Governance, Quality Management, IT Service Management, or Data Center Operations.
    • Experience supporting or leading internal and external audit programs.
    • Strong understanding of operational governance, compliance frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
    • Experience managing non-conformance, corrective actions, and audit findings through to resolution.
    • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors.
    • Experience preparing operational reports, compliance documentation, and management dashboards.
    • Experience within critical infrastructure, technology, cloud, telecommunications, managed services, or data center environments is advantageous.

    Technical Knowledge

    • Working knowledge of:
      • ISO/IEC 27001
      • ISO 22301
      • ISO 9001
    • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, or similar systems.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification is preferred.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
