Job description

Atlas NextWave is supporting a leading global offshore contractor in the search for an ROV Crewing Coordinator to join their ROV Operations team.

In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate personnel across international ROV worksites, ensuring the right people are mobilised efficiently and compliantly. Working closely with operations, project teams, and HR, you'll play a key part in delivering safe and successful offshore operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and assign ROV personnel across global projects
Coordinate mobilisation/demobilisation with logistics teams
Liaise with Project Managers & Offshore Superintendents
Support recruitment and selection of agency personnel
Track competencies and ensure certification compliance
Maintain crewing systems and workforce planning data

What we're looking for:

3+ years in oil & gas, with personnel logistics experience
Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills
Experience managing workforce scheduling
Advanced MS Office capability
ROV recruitment experience (desirable)
