Atlas Nextwave are seeking a 180 Consultant to focus on candidate origination, engagement, and market intelligence, while supporting senior leadership on search execution and marketing initiatives.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys building deep networks, understanding talent markets, and working in a strategic, research-driven capacity—without a primary focus on business development.

Job description

Candidate Origination & Engagement (Core Focus)

  • Identify, map, and engage senior-level talent across private equity, infrastructure, and portfolio companies
  • Build and maintain a high-quality candidate network across Asia
  • Conduct initial screening and evaluation of candidates (technical and cultural fit)
  • Prepare detailed candidate profiles, write-ups, and assessments
  • Track candidate movements, motivations, and compensation benchmarks
  • Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process

. Market Mapping & Intelligence

  • Deliver structured talent maps for specific mandates across funds, platforms, and geographies
  • Provide insights on:
    • Organizational structures within funds and portfolio companies
    • Compensation benchmarks and hiring trends
    • Talent gaps and competitor positioning
  • Continuously build and maintain knowledge of key players within the APAC private equity and infrastructure landscape

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Support the development of:
    • Candidate newsletters and market updates
    • LinkedIn content and thought leadership
    • Pitch materials and case studies
  • Contribute to positioning the firm as a leading advisor in infrastructure and investment talent
  • Maintain CRM quality and ensure accuracy of candidate data

Partner Support (Execution & Delivery)

  • Coordinate end-to-end candidate processes, including scheduling and interview logistics
  • Prepare briefing materials and candidate summaries for clients
  • Support execution of mandates (longlisting, shortlisting, pipeline tracking)
  • Assist with proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Ensure smooth delivery across multiple concurrent searches

Job requirements

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a research-driven role within professional services
  • Exposure to private equity, infrastructure, energy, or financial services is advantageous
  • Strong research, mapping, and candidate engagement skills
  • High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and relationship-oriented mindset
