Job description

Following a 3-6-month training plan developed by the DRD - Asia Pacific and approved by the CEO, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for preparing a Business Development Plan for the role, subject to the CEO's approval.

The primary responsibility of the role is to develop business across the defined service lines and selected clients.

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

- Building and maintaining key client relationships with the selected clients, with the support of the DRD - Asia Pacific.

- Keeping clients informed of EM&I's technology developments and maintaining regular contact to ensure visibility of upcoming scopes of work, minimizing the risk of missed business opportunities.

- Preparing business proposals in accordance with EM&I's established processes.
