Assistant Driller

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Driller to join a Jack-Up drilling rig operating in an offshore environment. The Assistant Driller will support the Driller in the safe and efficient execution of drilling operations, while maintaining high standards of well control, equipment performance, and HSE compliance.

The ideal candidate will have solid offshore drilling experience, preferably on Jack-Up rigs, with strong knowledge of rig-floor operations, BOP systems, well control, tripping operations, tubular handling, and drilling equipment. The Assistant Driller will also work closely with the Driller and rig crew to ensure operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures and the approved drilling program.

This position requires strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a demanding offshore environment.
