Kick-start your Offshore career with Atlas NextWave

Launched in Aberdeen in 2018, the Greenhand Programme gives those new to Offshore their first step into the industry. The first course led to an immediate placement, and by early 2020 more than 100 Greenhand Roustabouts had been mobilised.

Although paused during the pandemic, the Programme re-started in 2021 and has gone from strength to strength. Atlas NextWave Aberdeen recently celebrated the mobilisation of its 675th Greenhand Roustabout – a milestone showcasing its success.
