    We are searching for an experienced Works Manager (T&T) for a 4x4 rotation starting in September. As Works Manager you are responsible for the operational execution of offshore works. You will lead a team of Site Superintendents and Project Engineers, reporting directly to the Project Manager. While the Superintendents manage day-to-day site activities, you will oversee the wider execution strategy, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the offshore execution of HV cable pull-ins, terminations, testing and commissioning activities.
    • Provide overall installation and works management for the offshore T&T scope.
    • Act as the primary point of accountability for HSE, POB management and emergency response.
    • Coordinate daily offshore activities in accordance with the approved project execution plan.
    • Communicate effectively with Project Engineers, Project Management and the Client.
    • Organise and oversee offshore works, ensuring activities are completed safely and in accordance with approved methodologies.
    • Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to optimise execution where required.
    • Support the coordination of offshore operations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    • Report on project progress, budgets and cost control in close collaboration with the Project Manager.

    Technical Requirements

    • Minimum 7 years' relevant offshore experience.
    • Strong project management and planning capabilities.
    • Extensive experience working within high-safety offshore environments.
    • Proven experience managing HV cable installation, termination, testing and commissioning activities is highly desirable.

    Personal Requirements

    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to critically assess work scopes and make informed operational decisions.
    • Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and supporting personnel offshore.

    Qualifications & Certifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
    • Valid Offshore Medical.
    • Chester Step.
    • STCW Basic Safety Training.

    Languages

    • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
    • Dutch language skills are advantageous.
    • Additional languages are considered a plus.

    Rotation

    • 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off.

    Contract

    • Start: 01/09/2026
    • Initial duration: 3 months, with flexibility to accommodate project schedule changes.
