    Atlas NextWave seeking a proactive Site Administrator to support a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, ensuring information is accurate, and supporting teams to deliver successful outcomes. This contract will run until at least December 2027 and will be based on site in Blairgowrie.

    Job description

    This role offers hands-on experience within a live project environment, full training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to develop valuable project administration skills while working alongside experienced industry professionals.


    Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support & Reporting

    • Maintain and update project tracking tools and progress reports.
    • Support resource and equipment scheduling activities.
    • Assist in maintaining project risk registers alongside the site management team.
    • Monitor project changes, delays and key milestones.
    • Prepare timesheet data and support administrative reporting requirements.
    • Track purchase orders and assist with invoice processing activities.
    • Manage project documentation, records, drawings and associated registers.
    • Maintain accurate records of site assets and equipment.

    General Site Administration

    • Take accurate and concise meeting minutes.
    • Organise and maintain project files and documentation.
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider site team.
    • Ensure records and information are maintained to a high standard of accuracy.
    • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

    About You

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • A positive and proactive approach to learning and development.
    • Confidence working within a busy project environment.
    • Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
    • Exposure to SAP would be advantageous but is not required.
