    Job description

    • Description:We are looking for 2 x Technical OT Project Manager, who can be the point of contact and the main driver of the OT intake from Asset Projects. You will be collaborating with EPC Engineers and packages very closely to ensure quality handover from the project to Generation. Your goal is to ensure the operating teams are ready to take over the site, and you'll be collaborating with them very closely. The main responsibilities are as below:
      1. Ensure that the operating organisation understands the design of the new site.
      2. Mark-up CDL / MDR for document reviewers (including you).
      3. Ensure Asset Register review & SAP upload
      4. Ensure Preventive Maintenance Plan review
      5. Ensure Level 2/3 Manual Reviews
      6. Ensure Network Diagram Review
      7. Ensure Spare Parts List Review
      8. Ensure ICS Asset Inventory Review
      9. Ensure that Systems under Consideration list is delivered
      10. Collect and share FAT / SAT reports
      11. Ensure that Asset Project - OT Guard SLA is in place before 1st Power
      12. Ensure that critical WTG and SCS data flows are established for Operational, Reporting, and Analytical use cases
      13. Ensure O&M training for OT teams
      14. Facilitate the Identity & Access Management handover to OT
      15. Ensure that Initial and Detailed OT Security Risk Assessments are delivered
      16. Facilitate Snags, Risks, and Assumption Book reviews and acceptance
      17. Ensure that OT Security Residual Risks are delivered
      18. Ensure that the level OT Security implementation is well evidenced and in line with the global and regional requirements
      19. Support as-built documentation migration to Asset Library
      20. Support System Readiness approval by OT teams
      21. Support internal handover to OT teams.
    • The Consultant must bring his/her own Iphone. External consultants' equipment such asmobile phones and iPads must always be up-to-date with the latest iOS release. The owner must allow Ørsted's AirWatch security and management software for iPhones and iPads to be installed. The app is mandatory on all mobile devices used by Ørsted staff (including External consultants) to protect them from cybercrime. The owner must grant approval for Ørsted to remove apps, data and access from privately owned equipment if it is deemed to pose a risk in relation to Ørsted's security or the GDPR regulations, if the equipment is lost/stolen, or if the owner ceases to have an active contract with Magnit and/or Ørsted. When an external consultant leaves Ørsted, they must contact the IT Service Desk to remove all Ørsted apps and data. The IT Service Desk can only support privately owned equipment in connection with Ørsted's AirWatch security and management software.
    • Requirements:Understanding and experience with SCADA / OT systems.
    • Understanding IEC624433
    • Demonstrated Project Management skills
    • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audience
    • Ability to deliver clear documentation
