Atlas Nextwave are looking for Rigger Team Leads for a project starting June 2026 on our client’s semi-submersible crane vessel.

Requirements:

Job description

Prepare and install rigging equipment (slings, shackles, lifting frames) for heavy lifts
Secure loads such as subsea equipment, modules, pipes, and structures for crane operations
Work closely with crane operators, giving clear hand or radio signals during lifts
Calculate load weights, centre of gravity, and select appropriate lifting gear
Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to meet strict offshore safety standards
Follow lifting plans and risk assessments
Assist with loading/unloading supply vessels and positioning equipment
