At Atlas NextWave, we connect exceptional talent with industry-leading clients across the Energy, Marine and Renewables sectors globally. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and proactive Consultant (180) to join our team based in Taiwan.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role where you’ll play a key part in sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent while supporting the successful delivery of client vacancies. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters and managers, building strong candidate pipelines and helping deliver an outstanding recruitment experience.
Job description
What you’ll be doing:
Recruitment Delivery
- Sourcing, attracting, and qualifying candidates through headhunting, advertising, and proactive search.
- Preparing candidate documentation and supporting submission and placement processes.
- Ensuring recruitment activity complies with legal, tax, and Atlas NextWave policies and procedures.
Candidates / Contractors
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and contractors to support engagement and retention.
- Maintaining candidate pipelines aligned with current and future demand.
Client & Sales Support
- Supporting recruitment delivery for client vacancies through candidate provision and market insights.
- Participating in resourcing meetings and delivery reviews as required.
- Ensuring service delivery meets agreed expectations and KPI’s.
Data & Administration
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in BH4SF (Bullhorn for Salesforce).
- Ensuring data quality, CV accuracy, and administrative completeness.
Organisation
- Adherence to the Atlas NextWave Integrated Management System.
Job requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a recruitment or sales environment preferred
- Understanding of recruitment delivery processes
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with excellent verbal and written skills
- Knowledge of Atlas NextWave capabilities, services and operations
- Strong computer literacy
- Strong levels of emotional intelligence
