The Operations Manager is accountable for the overall performance, compliance, and quality of all operational activities across import and export flows within North America. This role ensures that the organization delivers a consistently high level of service to customers while adhering to internal standards and all applicable regulatory requirements.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in logistics operations (import/export).
At least 7 years of experience in a management role within logistics or supply chain.
Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, including IMDG, DOT, and CTPAT.
Ensure all import and export activities are executed in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Guarantee operational consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across all shipments and customer accounts.
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain service excellence.
