Job description

We are looking for an experienced Drilling Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join an exciting project supporting offshore drilling operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop maintenance strategies and detailed work instructions for drilling equipment.
* Prepare Scope of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and maintenance plans.
* Support inspection, maintenance, repair, modification, and commissioning activities.
* Conduct equipment criticality assessments and risk assessments.
* Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, QHSE, and Project teams.
* Prepare technical specifications and material/service requisitions.
* Review OEM documentation, drawings, manuals, and technical bulletins.
* Support budgeting, procurement, and project planning activities.
* Train and mentor local personnel while promoting safe and reliable operations.

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Extensive experience in offshore drilling operations and maintenance.
✔ Strong background in maintenance planning, asset integrity, and reliability.
✔ Experience with WBS, SOW development, and risk assessments.
✔ Ability to interpret OEM documentation and technical drawings.
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
